Shipping Time: 3 to 7 days 

Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is processed. After your order has been shipped, liability is in the hands of the postal services. Always review the information on your order. Ensure any email, address, and shipping information is correct before and during the check-out process. Errors on this information may result in complications surrounding receiving your order.
**We are not responsible for packages stolen upon delivery or lost in transit.**

Cancellation Policy

Your order will begin to be processed as soon as it is placed. We will not be able to cancel your order.

Billing Policy

Please make sure the billing and shipping address are the same. The payment will decline if the entered address is not the same address associated with your bank account. If a pending amount remains following a declined transaction, it will be dropped within 24 hours. 

Refund and Return Policy


We do not offer refunds. An exchange will be issued for hair that arrives faulty or damaged.  Any items used, worn, or tampered with will not be accepted for return or exchange.
